Ik drink deze thee graag na een maaltijd of wanneer ik een opgeblazen buik heb. Met de combinatie van allerlei gezonde ingrediënten had ik niet verwacht dat ik deze thee heel lekker zou vinden! Mijn buik voelt er rustiger door en het is een fijne thee om even helemaal tot rust te komen. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar dit!

I joined the 30-day challenge, and one thing I quickly realized is that it’s not always easy. Detoxing, cutting out certain foods—it truly stretches you. But at the same time, I’ve experienced how good it makes me feel.

This journey has opened my eyes. I’ve become more conscious of what I eat, taking time to actually read labels and understand what’s in my food and drinks. That awareness alone is powerful.

Honestly, this is a challenge I would encourage everyone to try. Whether you’re on a weight loss journey or simply seeking a healthier lifestyle, it truly helps you reset and refocus.

And as a Christian, it reminded me of something deeper—our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. How we treat them matters. Being mindful of what we consume is also part of honoring God.

If you’re looking to start your journey, I truly believe she is the right person to guide you.

Voordat ik begon aan de 30 day challenge at ik vooral ongezond: veel suiker, snacks en fastfood. Als student was dat makkelijk, maar ik kwam flink aan en woog op mijn dieptepunt 101 kg.

Toen startte ik de challenge van Graca: geen toegevoegde suikers, geen ultrabewerkt eten of frisdrank, maar vooral groenten, fruit, volkoren producten en eiwitten. De eerste week was zwaar; ik had veel honger en merkte hoe vaak ik normaal snackte. Gelukkig hielpen de gezonde snacktips en de groepsapp mij gemotiveerd te blijven.

Na een tijdje voelde ik al verschil: minder honger, meer energie en gewichtsverlies. Ik ging van 101 kg naar 89 kg, mijn gezicht werd slanker en mijn kleding zat beter. Ook heb ik nu een gezondere relatie met eten. Momenteel ben ik 90 kg.

Dankzij de coaching en dagelijkse tips van Graca heb ik deze stap kunnen maken. Ik raad haar zeker aan als voedingscoach.

I just read the E book, and I think it’s absolutely excellent! it’s very structured, very informative and it has everything one would need to work on healthier habits. I learned about how food impacts the body and what foods to avoid; which made me think more about my day to day life eating habits. You can really tell how much care went into this E-book, it’s very personal and refreshing.

After meeting Graça Mavinga and hearing her advice about reducing sugar and bread, the suggestion was initially ignored, as these foods had been part of daily habits for many years. Exercise was enjoyable, but physical changes were limited. Eventually, the decision was made to eliminate bread, sugar, and sweets. Soon after, energy levels increased noticeably. While others who consumed soft drinks felt more tired, endurance remained steady throughout the workday. The heavy fatigue after work disappeared, circulation improved, and overall vitality increased.

Although body weight stayed the same at first, further guidance on which foods to avoid led to clear results. In less than a month, weight dropped from 73 kg to 68 kg without additional exercise. Hey I just want to say how great it was to read you ebook “Things You Should Know and Do to Lose Weight” short and powerful. Straight to the point. The information is well presented, it’s a very clear and organized outline which makes it easy to read and quick to understand where you would like us to focus on and get. I like your personal touch including your experience in it. It feels like you are talking to us in person, which makes a big difference from other dietary books. My compliments to you, I am on the journey to cut all sugars I will keep you posted about the results, Thanks sister Graça Mavinga!

I just read Things You Should Know and Do to Lose Weight, I liked it a lot! It was a short read, in a good way. Straight, to the point, good advise and information, without too much extra stuff. It gives you clear next steps that you can apply right away. Would recommend for people who want to make a positive health change, but don't know where to start.

Ik heb een week het dagboek bijgehouden, en heb heel fijn advies gekregen op hoe ik op een gezonde manier gewicht kan aankomen. Ook wist ze gelijk hoe mijn eet patroon was en wat daar aan verbeterd kan worden. Ik vond het heel fijn om het advies te krijgen, het heeft me veel geholpen.
