I just read the E book, and I think it’s absolutely excellent! it’s very structured, very informative and it has everything one would need to work on healthier habits. I learned about how food impacts the body and what foods to avoid; which made me think more about my day to day life eating habits. After meeting Graça Mavinga and hearing her advice about reducing sugar and bread, the suggestion was initially ignored, as these foods had been part of daily habits for many years. Exercise was enjoyable, but physical changes were limited. Eventually, the decision was made to eliminate bread, sugar, and sweets. Soon after, energy levels increased noticeably.
